Since auto renewal was enabled for both of the products, these charges were debited.
Proper email notification was sent prior for both the orders which explained the auto renewal process and the charges that are going to be taken.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MY MANY HAS BEEN TAKEN TWICE OF MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND ACTUALLY KNOWING MY CARD NUMBER I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR THIS PRODUCT AND WOULD LIKE THE MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIIATELY. You took my account money twice in this month 15-05-2019 . I want them back!
I have not used your product for several months because I have a new computer with much better protection. How can you take money from your account without their knowledge !!!! I have a Polish account and you took 119 PLN from it once and the second time PLN 219.99
