AVG taking money for items already on system

Hi Fred,
I can see renewal of AVG Internet Security (3 computers) from 2015.1.20 but it is only license of Internet Security in your account.

I recentley purchased a renewal pack. During installation a message came up that AVG 2015 was already installed on my system but didn't give any way that I could solve the problem of renewal package containing AVG 2015 that wasn't needed as it was already on my system and perhaps not needing to pay the full price for information already on my system
