I apparently signed up for a two year subscription. I tried to cancel in the second year but was told that as I had received an e-mail warning me of the impending deduction from my account, that I could not receive a refund. I hadnt received a warning e-mail and have only ever received/used the free version of AVG anyway. I have found my account login with AVG though but when I log into my account there is no reference to any payment made/deducted or any subsciption, I cant download the paid for version of AVG even if I wanted it. I have therefore paid for something I havent received. I want my money back!!! How do I get it?
