AVG taking money without notifying me

Hi, 

I registered with AVG products about 5 years ago but haven't used it for the past 3 years. I am on a yearly subscription that I keep meaning to cancel, but every time AVG takes the money with no notifications. I have just seen that AVG has again taken £150 for AVG security and tune up. There was no email asking if I wanted to renew. I've tried to call but the number on the website doesn't work. What is happening and how can I get my money back?
