My in-built camera is not recognized in my laptop (surface book 3) since I upgraded to AVG Driver update and let it run updating 'out to date' drivers. Unfortunately I uninstalled the software not knowing the updates that caused the problem would still be there.
I ran my surface diagnostic toolkit and found the problem called AVG TAP Adapter c3 error code = 22
The suggested as possible causes:
Mssing drivers or firmware
Ou-to-date or incorrect driver or firmware
Physical hardware malfunction
The advice was to ensure updates were in place. I followed this and still did not resolve the problem.
I would like to know how can I remove this update so I can make my camera work again
Thanks
