For better clarity, please share us the screenshot of the page about which you're concerned.
Also, clarify whether it keeps disabling at a specific instance or randomly.

Don't have anything else but to enable v3 app. Or is there another driver better suited  than older app 9.0.0.10 7/2/2012?
