AVG task bar/desk top

I've used AVG for YEARS. Renewed 21/04/22. Fine. About a week ago I couldn't access it from the task bar, desk top, nor even from Settings. AVG says I am paid up & active but I can't even run a check. I tried AVG support & it has been telling me to try again for the whole time - says it's updating the support.

We're glad to look into this & help you.
If the program on your computer keeps loading, then the services required to launch the user interface are unable to initiate.
In this regard, we can try repairing AVG program & restart the computer once to check if it helps. 
Tip : After restarting the computer, please allow sometime (approx 2-5 minutes) for all the services to load on your computer & then check.
