  1. Why is there no Tech Support by phone in the United States?
    2) Why does this website keep logging me out of this forum when I am logged in and am searching for questions asked by others for the same problem that I am having with the VPN?  When I click on the 'Show answer', I get an error "that's an invalid action for this session".   What is going on?
    3) What is the fix to have my VPN connect to the closest/best location?   It was fine a few days ago, now it won't connect to there.
