I have been charged for AVG techno on the 23rd January 2021 via a credit card and did NOT request this payment plus it was done via paypal which I no longer use. I therefore am requesting a refund immediately. I was registered with AVG many years ago under another email account (Email address redacted). Could you please fix this mistake .
