AVG tells me to renew product which was renewed Sept 17

I understand that you renewed AVG subscription but still get the message AVG expired in your computer. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Internet Security valid till 11/9/2018. I have emailed you the license number to activate this program in your computer.

My AVG antivirus tells me it has expired, but was renewed & billed in Sept.17
