I apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you are using AVG 2016 version in your PC, please be informed that we are performing a major migration from 2016 to 2017 version. We are performing this has mandatory update and planning to maintain the 2017 as a standard version. The updates for 2016 version will no longer be available.
Please remove AVG traces from your PC by following below instructions:
1. Use the link https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe to run the AVG Clear tool.
2. Open the AVG Clear tool, click Yes in the User Account control dialog.
3. Click No in the Windows safe mode dialog.
4. Select the installed version of AVG and also check the box 'Uninstall AVG Zen'. Then click Uninstall, and Restart computer.
5. To run AVG remover tool please follow this link: http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 .
To reinstall AVG Ultimate, please use this article http://avgread.me/19OHofR .

I keep having to reinstall AVG. It's not quit worked on my PC. I mean, it'll work maybe a day or two, and then it started freezing up and crashing. Then I get the "this is embarrassing but no troubleshooting steps. Please help!
