AVG Threat Secured Pop-Up Won't Go Away

Hello Clarke,

I apologize for the inconvenience. It would be helpful if you could provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the threat detection message. Also, please check if the program OSTotoSoft or DriverTalent is installed on your computer control panel.

I'm generally using the AVG Free version and have liked it for years. Just now I'm using a free trial of the paid AVG (I think today is my last day). This morning every 30 seconds or so I get a "Threat Secured" pop-up. In the details under process I see: C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\OSTotoSoft\DriverTalent\updatefile.exe. I've deleted everything in my quarantine folder. I've gone to the general settings and checked the box to scan for unwanted apps (PUA's). I can't get this pop-up to go away and it's very, very irritating. I welcome your help. Thanks in advance!

I have the identical problem AVG wants $79 for one time fix or $199 for one year service. Shouldn't my $99 payment for virus protection cover this??

Clarke,

Thank you for providing the log files. I have escalated the case to the senior technicians. They will analyze the log files and get back to you via email with the resolution soon.
Your patience is much appreciated.
