Please check if the AVG program installed on your computer is up to date. If not update the program and check if that fix the issue. If you still face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.

today, Nov 16th 2020 I started receiving AVG warnings on every Google Search "…aborted connection on www.google.com because it was infected with Other: Malware-gen [Trj]
What is this new warning and why am I getting on on every search.?
I am also seeing a similar aborted connection for www.garrykill.com

I only get the message in Chrome browser. Edge works fine. I updated AVG this morning to see if that would help but I get the same messages. I have attached a Word file with screen prints of the two warning messages I am receiving. I googled "cars" in one and "boats" in the other and get two different warnings.
My computer runs windows 10 and there was a Windows update Sunday night. It has been happening since that update.
