I have a friend in the office who is running AVG Free. We have a email archive program (Mailstore), and we have authorized it to access his Gmail account.
However when we go to archive email it comes up with a connection error - TLS/SSL CRL error. We whitelisted the application in AVG. However we still get this same error.
If we turn off AVG then everything works as expected.
I'm assuming that I need to whitelist the URL, but I can't find it. Where is the log of denied accesses in AVG?
Is it possible that it's a different issue that whitelisting won't resolve?
