I started a free trial few months ago and decided to add Paypal as a method of payment, the free trial said that I could stop the service in any moment before the date of payment..WELL I decided I didn’t want the service anymore but unfortunately in my account I COULDN’T SEE A SINGLE PAYMENT OR SUBSCRIPTION!!! I couldn’t stop the trial because it wasn’t written anywhere that I chose PayPal as a method and choose to try the free period of service….Well today they got my money!!! 93€ And from Italy they are impossible to call, there isn’t even a chat support or anything !!! and the worst thing is that if I sign in on my desktop It shows the free option of service, so I literally gifted 93€ to avg!!! There’s nothing nowhere to be found for stopping this subscription?!? Also on their website you can read how to stop a subscription but again, if I sign up from browser I have nothing to show in “my subscriptions” or “payment method”.
I opened a controversy with PayPal and also with AVG in hope to get my Money back, this isn’t how it works… you are stealing money from people! I sent PayPal all the proof of my reserved area without any subscription currently active.
I hope to get a response from you because I am very angry right now.
