AVG tracker not tracking!

AVG is well known for it's protection software but most of the user not aware of the other AVG Products which could be so helpful. In order to make aware of our other products and it's use, this feature is added as a campaign. 1. I have AVG tracker but I'm told that I'm being tracked and need to subscribe to Tracker.
How to resolve?

2. I was billed  $99 for AVG Secure Identity. I did not subscribe to this product.
