AVG / Trusteer Endpoint Protection Conflict - IE11 Won't Start

When running AVG  v 1.61.2.22974 and AVG Protection  v 2016.71.7596 and Trusteer Endpoint Protection v 3.5.1608.56 on the same system at the same time, Internet Explorer 11 does not start. How can this be resolved?

When AVG is temporarily disabled Internet Explorer starts as expected. Do you have an effective, permanent, but safe solution for this issue? Having to temporarily disable each time is not a practical solution.
