I reinstalled Windows to get rid of old purchased copy of AVG Ultimate 2016. I then tried to install new purchased copy of AVG Ultimate 2018. When I go to www.avg.com./retail and enter the actiation code, AVG site tries to get me to renew AVG Ultimate. I do not want to renew my old one. I want to install (download) the new copy I paid for. I get the message below. The one I had expired a few months back. I don't want to renew it. I don't get a box to check to install (download) the new copy.

I agree, there should not be any active AVG Ultimate subscription under my e-mail address. Was think there should be a button that ask want to install (download) the new AVG Ultimate you purchased?
I don't want to get stuck with a bill to renew old copy after I just bought a new copy.
