I have paid for the AVG Tune Up. Downloaded, and then used activating code. But it doesn’t activate although it said it had. I uninstalled AVG anti-Virus and reinstaled.But still hasn’t helped in activating.
At wits end as to what to do?

Right. I’m going to cancel. Somebody from Support was supposed to call me back. I’m sure the intent is for me to forget and allow the 30 days to pass by. After I had the problem this year, I remembered I had the same prob with another solution that I purchased. Looks like it’s best to use only their free services.
