We're glad to help you with the information. Upon checking your account, we see that you've an active subscription of TuneUp, valid till 2021.3.13.
Usually the renewal would reflect automatically on your program. Sometimes, due to few synchronization issues we need to activate it manually.

It seems that there were few synchronization issues. Hence, you've received the expiry notification. However, you'd not receive the message as pirated version.
Regarding DRI*AVG, it is the authorized payment gateway which represents Digital River.

Would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of the expiry notification to help us know about the version installed on your computer?

In Feb 2019 I renewed my AVG Tune Up subscription thru DRIAVG Techologies for $95.39.  I received a message last week that I was using a pirated version of the program. Shortly after that I starting receiving notifications that my "TRIAL" version was expiring.  Was this an unauthorized company selling your program.  
Reading some of the other questions on this site, that DRIAVG is a problem.
