Please let us know the version number for AVG TuneUp installed in the computer.
You can follow the below steps to check the version.
Open Control Panel –> click Programs and Features/Programs –> Locate the version number next to AVG TuneUp in the list of programs.

Also, upon checking your account, we're unable to find an active AVG Ultimate subscription.
If you've used a different email address to subscribe, help us with it via the email that has been sent to you. Reason being, privacy concerns.
I have AVG Ultimate subscription paid to Nov. 2021. AVG internet security works fine. AVG tune up will not open.
I have the same problem. TuneUp won't open. When I try to reactivate and instal it tries to instal and then I get a message "Installation complete, your apps are now ready to go! AVG TuneUp Failed"
