AVG tune up 2015 does not accept update

When trying to get the update in tune up 2015 I got the warning to close "AVG Setting Center first. How can I perform that? i got also sometimes the warning that the process failed by the integratienota.exe. It took me a lot of work and I do hope you can help me by telling what to do.
I also use AVG anti virus en the Windows defender is closed and does not do any updates. Is there some action needed?
