Do you mean that you are getting this error "Codice di errore: 0xE0010053 Descrizione: Event exec_finished" while installing the AVG PC tuneup 2016 version?

Good afternoon!
I have a problem: I have bought PC TUNE UP 2016 for my (old) pc with Windows XP and downloaded program but it's so difficult for me to get started the program becouse at the end of installation there is a block with this error:

Codice di errore: 0xE0010053
Descrizione: Event exec_finished

Ps: This is not the firt time that I have AVG TUNE UP! I have had other versions 2014 and 2013.

Yes, After uninstalled AVG PC TUNE UP 2015 I have bought and then installed AVG TUNE UP 2016 but installation not complete for the error 0XE0010053 ! Then I have use AVG REMOVER to try to remove all the old files of  version 2015. But is the same, try and try the same error!
