I understand this must be upsetting. Usually, AVG PC TuneUp does not interfere with MS Office publisher. To narrow down the issue, I would request you to restore the changes made by AVG PC TuneUp and check if the issue is resolved. Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.
If the issue persist, please disable any anti virus program or firewall program which is installed on your computer.
Help … I have an odd problem where Microsoft Office Publisher will no longer print! It just stops at the spooling stage and will go no further! Word and Excel will print normally as will everything else I have tried. Has anybody else had this problem? I've tried the usual re-installing Publisher and I've also reinstalled the printer drivers but to no effect.
Oh yes, and Rapport the banking app protection has stopped working now too!
