Hi! Some weeks ago I've bought the liscence for the "AVG tune up". I started right off with cleaning the computer from unnecessary files, duplicates and so on. It took several hours. The computer/desktop appearance changed but I wasn't so concearned about that. NOW to the point! My Outlook/Windows Live mail in the computer stopped working! So I can't enter my "outlook" Icon from the computer's desktop and when I try to, it just gives me the message that my Windows live mail is not compatible with the Windows program I'm using! What? I've had Windows 7 installed on my PC since I bought it and why would it now suddenly not be "compatible" after cleaning files?! I still have Windows 7 after the cleansing! I tried to restore the computer settings by the function "restore point" from the control panel and there were NONE! All was gone! So I couldn't even restore to a point before the AVG was installed. I thought that it would be a solution to restart the process again and to keep my "settings" for my e-mail as they were before. SO??? What is this really? I'm buying a product and then I have such surprises?! I'm disappointed and angry! Only way I can reach my e-mail now is by an Internet option and that only keeps a certain amount of information! On the PC I had multiple, hundreds of e-mail saved, organized and now I can't reach them! ANYONE had a similar problem? Is there an solution to this? PLEASE help out if anyone knows anything! :-( :-(

We are sorry to know that you are unable to open Windows mail after optimizing computer using AVG PC TuneUp. We do have an option in AVG PC TuneUp to revert the changes done by it.
