The auto-renewal for your subscriptions are already cancelled. This is the reason why the unsubscribe option is not available in My Account.
The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. You won't receive any further emails for your subscriptions.

I can't find the unsubscribe opportunity on my avg account. I definitely want to unsubscribe both programs and not receiving e-mails in order to renew the subscriptions any more…
