Please try to activate the AVG PC TuneUp program by the instructions provided below and check whether it resolves the issue.
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp.
2. In the AVG PC TuneUp window, click Help & Support, and then click Activate product.
3. Insert your Product Key into the Product key field, and then click Next.
4. Your AVG PC TuneUp will now be activated with a new license number.

I bought and registered Tune up online but when I go into Tune up I am warned only 23 days left before this software can be used. I have registered properly yet this warning still appears. When I decided to reregister again, I am told this software is already registered in my name. Why does the warning still appear if it is properly registered.? Angus.
Many thanks for your response. This did not work and I logged into AVG and found that the Lic # given to me with my online purchase was different to the one held on your website against my puchase. I have copied and pasted, this other Lic#, and the "23 days…" has gone and presumably I should be covered until 2017!! Angus.
