Ok, the solution is more easy. You can just disable the filter by setting "UseFilter" from 1 to 0 in the Filter Key with the name of your exe file which cannot be started in
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
We certainly understand, Timothy.
For this reason, we recommend customers to take a backup of their registry before making any changes.
If anything goes wrong, we can easily restore the PC to earlier state using the backup.
Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
Type in the following text, and then press Enter. regedit. …
On the File menu, click Export.
In the File name box, type a name that you will remember, such as Registry Backup.
Select a location where you want to save the Registration Entries (. reg) file.
Click Save.

This isn't the experience we wanted to provide, John.
To fix your issue, I have sent an email to connect to our remote experts.
Please check the email and follow the instructions to start the remote session.
It would be great if you had a tool to help people that aren't comfortable going into their registry. I don't mind, but this is a sensitive area with which to be playing around.

John, we have provided you the steps below.
Be informed there is chance of losing all your files or crash. Hence we request you to create a restore point before the process.
Open Registry Editor (win+R) and look for the following registries on your machine: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution options where you should find registry entries associated with all of you installed programs.
If you find a "sub-entry" under a particular program registry, these are typically created by the product for apps which were put to sleep.
You can safely delete the "sub-entry" and restart the PC. It will revert the changes you have made in the "Background & startup programs" feature.
In other words, open regedit - win+R -> regedit
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
Delete the "sub-entry"
We appreciate your efforts.
Keep us posted.

For a fast fix you can delete the registry entry for the program you want to start in:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
There are entries for your .exe files with autoreactivator.exe (Tune Up Program for sleep option) as value. You can delete the whole Key or just rename the FilterFullPath Entry if you want to revert it, when an tune up Update will fix the problem.
I do not want to show my computer files to you guys. I DO NOT WANT REMOTE SESSION.
Please fix the issue and let me know. i will fix by myself.
PS: You should email all your customer about this issue, so I did not need to waste my time for nothing.Probably lots of your customer will be struggling then don't even realize WHY.
