Hello David,
I'm sorry to hear that you were unaware about AVG TuneUp - Unlimited automatic renewal, when you purchase it, the automatic renewal was accepted. If a subscription is turned on, email notification about automatic renewal is sent 45 days before the end of prepaid subscription period (expiration date). However, your AVG has been renewed automatically before 15 days of the subscription period. Now, you have AVG subscription and it will expire on 2018.8.14. In this case, I request you to submit a refund request form (https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l=en), once you submit the refund request form, our refund team will contact you as soon as possible via email with the refund confirmation.

I cancelled this product on July 14th 2017 and a PayPal payment for this was taken on the 30th July 2017 - why !! How can I get a refund.
