I PURCHASED AVG TUNE-UP ON 11/10/15, I COULD NOT DOWN LOAD IT TO MY COMPUTER.

AVG TECHNICIAN TRIED TO GO INTO MY COMPUTER AND COULD NOT DOWN LOAD IT HIMSELF.
I HAVE TRIED WITH AVG TO NUMEROUSLY DOWN LOAD THE AVG TUNE UP TO NO AVAIL.
PLEASE SEND ME THE REFUND FORM. I CANNOT LOCATE IT IN YOUR WEBSITE. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK.
