AVG Tune-Up Caused Problems

I installed and ran AVG Tune-Up on my Dell Windows 7 computer this afternoon.  After running a scan and allowing it to "fix" and "delete" multiple "problems" located on the scan, my computer will now ONLY startup successfully in Safe Mode.  HELP!!

OK. I was able to get windows up and running and I’m uninstalling AVG Tuneup now.

Steven, are you starting your computer in safe mode or normal mode?

If this is from normal mode, please restart your computer in safe mode with networking http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode and uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from the control panel, check if that fix the issue.
