AVG TUNE-UP Diskcleaner.exe has stop working

Hi,
Do you have any idee when I will get an email fro the develpment service, as it's been told to me after the second test and the second download AVg sys.info… I can not use the product I buy, it really begin to annoy me…

nothing to with the disk scan…
I repeat my problem has to do with Avg diskcleaner.exe wich don't work so I would like to have help on that subject here a screeshot of my problemscreenshot of my problem

so after following during more than a month:
reinstall, sending sys.info, using,as I've been ask three times, the avg remote support… I've got no answer, as it's been told to me my case has been send to the developers.
Here my case number: AVG Customer Care - Request #03538935 [ ref:_00Db0Z3Sf._500b0iil5E:ref ].
Do you have any idee???.
My patience has limit…

As I can read in the forum lots of people get the same problem as Michael Shröder I get this problem after an AVG update, I've done everythings That Aravind Gnanamurthy ask to do about this problem…
the problem still persists…and I'll like verymuch to find a solution…

Thanks for your rapid question, I do confirm that I tried more than once to reinstall it. I've got  Tune-up since five or six years and I use his tools often, never face such problem. Everything work fine till a certain update and then diskcleaner stops working… I may say that it was better when we could choose to install or not the updates…
