AVG Tune up doesn't switch or recognize my subscription

We're sorry to hear this. This isn't the usual behavior of the AVG program. 
Could you please share the screenshot of your AVG TuneUp subscription page or relevant screenshots to investigate this further?

I have installed and reinstalled AVG Tuneup and typed my subscription code, and every time I've done that, AVG Tune up deleted from Subscriptions on this PC and moved it to Other available subscriptions.
This is frustrating.
