I can understand your concern on AVG PC TuneUp "Duplicate Finder" feature. If you select to keep newer files, it will remove all the older files from your computer and vice versa. If you have saved more data in newer files, it is better to select the newer files. So, this option depends on the file you have saved. If you saved more data in newer files, please select the same and proceed further.
