AVG Tune Up -error not a vaid Wind32 application

After installing AVG Tune up and performing scan and doing the clean up as recommended, all my program icons have changed to thumb nails and i can not use any of the programs. Each time i get the message " …not a valid Win32 application". I can not even open AVG Tune up as I get the same message
