Hello
I have been receiving messages from AVG saying that my subscription for Tune Up has expired. However, on my list of subscriptions, Tune Up appears as paid for until 2021. I have tried to download it again but receive a message telling of a conflict with, would you believe, AVG Tune Up and inviting me to uninstall the original. I do as invited but the same conflict appears continues each time I am informed the new program is available to install. As a second problem with AVG in recent memory, I am becoming uneasy about competence and need this problem solved quickly!
