You have signed up for AVG TuneUp (60 day Trial) which will not appear in AVG my account.
However, it will not affect the functionality of the product and you should be able to activate it using AVG my account credentials.

I have an email saying I have signed up for tune up for 60 days free but my account does not reflect this. I cannot run the tune up because it keeps asking me to sign up again. Now what?

1) Activation Code - that wasn't included in the e-mail it only had an order number.
2) AVGMyAccount- When I log into MyAccount it states that I don't have any subscriptions; which agrees with what Balasubramanian responded with, "which will not appear in AVG my account."
Can you e-mail me the activation code?

It looks like you haven't activated the free trial of AVG TuneUp Unlimited. Please refer this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-TuneUp) and follow the steps as mentioned under 'Activate AVG TuneUp > AVG MyAccount' for the activation instructions.
Restart your PC once it is activated.
