I have 8.4 on my iPad, my iPods are 6.1

Lisa, Thank you for replying us back. Our recent audits found this is an issue with iOS 8.3 and above versions. We are working along with the apple technicians and We will let you know once there is a fix from Apple side. Thank you.

This product isn't working can someone please help me?  Ihave two iPods, an iPad, and ipad mini to clean up.  I would appreciate it.
