AVG Tune Up has disabled my scanner

May I know the name of the AVG programs which installed on your PC?
Please let us know the version of the AVG TuneUp program on your PC.
Could you please share the screenshot of the error message which you get while scanning the documents?

I recently installed Tune Up and now when I try to scan documents on my Canon MX926 printer/scanner I get an error message "Scanner driver supporting this software is not installed". Having found a similar comment I went in to the Tune Up Menu > Show background and start up programs > then "woke up" all the Canon programs. I'm still getting the same error message. I can still print ok so unsure what to do. Any ideas please? I'm not very technical so plain English greatly appreciated, thanks :slight_smile:
