We request you to provide the screenshot of error appearing for AVG TuneUp.

May I ask whether you used our remover tools and reinstalled AVG TuneUp to check the status?

Out of the blue my AVG Tune Up refuses to open. When I try, an on screen message appears - "following AVG processes failed - avguix.exe".
I have tried all the troubleshooting advice but to no avail.
My Tune Up subscription is valid until 26th September 2022.
Please advise.
