Avg tune-up has wrecked my laptop

I would recommend using the Windows Last Known Good Configuration or any previous restore point to boot your laptop- https://goo.gl/hFYaGr and resolve the issue.

After years of paying for AVG I took the bait and tried AVG tune-up. It initially stuck on 11% and now my lap top wont start at all. It is windows 10 and when I press the start button all it does flicker 5 times then nothing not beep no attempt at booting. To add insult to injury I tried logging into the AVG to get help site it will not let me it does not even recognise my emai strange how they have managed to mail me over tge years.
