I can understand your concern. Please be informed that the 27% indicates that your computer is optimized up to 27%. Please open AVG PC TuneUp and click on the tabs one by one and fix the issues that are displayed in each tab to imprive your system performance. I purchased the Avg pic tune up today. It has been at 27% for hours. What is happening?  The maintenance icon hasn't even started yet. Please tell me what to do.
