AVG Tune Up install - now blue screen and error recovery it looks like windows didn't load correctly

Hello Melody.
We regret to hear about the inconvenience.
We see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp in July 2020. Could you let us know when was the last time you ran maintenance tasks using AVG TuneUp on your PC?
Did the issue started happening after the recent maintenance scan?
If you could start your PC, please undo all changes made by AVG TuneUp on your PC and verify if the issue is resolved.
The Rescue Center allows you to undo certain changes made by AVG TuneUp. To access the Rescue Center, click the undo icon on the right side of the AVG TuneUp dashboard. You can view a list of actions and click Undo next to any actions you want to reverse.

Literally since the moment AVG tune up was installed in my windows 8.1 laptop I have had problems with my computer. Lately since AVG help tried to help me by taking control of the computer but in the middle of doing it their connection crashed ( he said they were having a bad storm where he was ) he said the computer was hot so i bought an under deck fan - I have been on my own trying to figure this out. now all of a sudden now the computer tried to close a lot and when i leave it for long enough that it goes to actual sleep when i come to look at the computer all lights are off and it has turned its self off. when i click the button to turn it on- i get an error saying  " Recovery  it looks like windows didn't load correctly. if you would like to restart ad try again choose restart my PC  etc etc etc… I am so afraid this laptop will die and everything will be lost I dont know what to do next? anyone have any ideas?

No, Melody. Just installing the AVG TuneUp will not have caused this issue.
Did you make any other changes using your AVG TuneUp (such as puttings background apps to sleep)?
In the previous post, you mentioned that you optimized it (AVG TuneUp) to Green, please let us know what actions you've performed to achieve this.
Also, check the 'Rescue Center' of your AVG TuneUp and let us know if you can see any of your previous made changes.
Thanks in advance. Keep us updated.

Midhun Aloor  - If I haven't had a scan to make changes or correct anything that might be wrong - would the simple act of installing this program have made any changes?   I have not run the tune up part of this program???
