You can see my PC Specs - 
Operating System - Windows 7 64bit (Not SP1)
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 2.94 GHz
Memory - 3.00 GB RAM
Video Card - No video card.
Sound Card - 100% DirectX 10 Compatible
HDD Space - 298 GB

Hi there, this is Abhinav Raj Krishnan. I am really satisfied with your AVG Products and they Help me Protect my PC very nicely. But I have a problem whenever I install AVG Tune Up it starts downloading but after 10 minutes it shows an error message that is -
Error code: 0xA0010004
Description: Event exec_finished
Please help me in this.

Thank you for providing the information, Abhinav. 

AVG Tuneup can be installed only from Windows 7 Service pack 1 and higher operating systems.

Since you do not have Service pack 1 in windows 7 operating system AVG Tuneup can not be installed. You need to upgrade the operating system to get install the AVG Tuneup. Thank you.
