I've had AVG installed for ages on this PC (Windows 10 Pro), and it's been running slowly so I thought I'd purchase AVG Tune Up.
I went through the purchase options and used PayPal, and indeed the amount was duly debited from my account.
It then proceeded to say it was installing AVG Tune Up - and then helpfully said "Failed", without giving a reason.
I logged onto my account to check my subscriptions (I used the email address of my account for the purchase receipt, but I wasn't logged on when I put through the purchase), and it doesn't show, it only shows my AVG Internet Security.
I went to the AVG Tune Up download page using Google, and used the online installer to install AVG Tune Up, which duly worked. However, it's asking me to purchase AVG Tune Up - which I've just done - as it'll deactivate in 30 days even though I paid for a year's usage.
How can I correct this so that AVG Tune Up realises that I've actually bought and paid for it?
