I purchased AVG internet security and AVG tune-up today. I was finally successful in downloading AVG Security but every time I try to download tune-up, a window that pops up saying it was successful in downloading but at the bottom of the window it says FAILED. What am I doing wrong?

From where did you try to download the AVG TuneUp?
If you have installed the AVG Internet Security, please open the program and go to My AVG.
You will find the AVG TuneUp in the dash board.
Click on install now and proceed with the installation.
If you face the same issue again, please share us the screenshot of the error message.
