Regarding the duplicate subscriptions, you have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) license registered under the email address that you used to contact us here.
If you would like, I can merge them as AVG TuneUp - Unlimited with extended validity.
I purchased the new AVG Tune UP Multi 1 year. Downloaded and on my computer ok. Went to activate the program and on the "Thanks, Just one more scree…" screen I submitted and it came back in red and said "Sorry, something went wrong". I then logged onto AVG(My Account) and found that there are three AVG Tune Ups listed. How do I get the new activation code to work?
