I just found out that the new version of the AVG Tune UP comes up with a deceit for long time (loyal) customers.
I had till yesterday, since 4 years, the AVG Antivirus FREE version, that included the One Step Fix from AVG Tune Up. Strangely enough - since one week - the antivirus was not running properly so I had to reinstall it. Once I have done that - I noticed that - even the AVG Tune Up is available with green on the toolbar ("like" that is a part of Basic Protection, by comparison with "Secure VPN" - which is in grey, suggesting that this particular feature is still available for free, or at least part of it) - IT IS NOT in fact available at all. Not even the One Step Fix. If you need any (basic) feature - you have to buy it from now on.
I am disappointed by this deceit. AVG should not imply in any way that there is any Basic feature available in the FREE version if is not. I do hope my information will reach the community and not "moderated".
