May I know where did you enter the activation code either in AVG My Account or in pop-up message?
We would request you to open your AVG TuneUp program and then click on My AVG and click on "Enter your activation code".

I renewed my subscription to AVG Tune-Up for PC, but the activation pop-up is not accepting the product key.
I get the message: The product key you have entered is invalid. Please check the key you have entered for possible typing errors.
Could anyone advise how to resolve this?

Thank you for your reply. My AVG PC TuneUp product does not have a "My Accout" or "My AVG" option, only a pop-up message.
