AVG TUNE UP not cleaning firefox

yes sorry i lost my sign in details on this pc but i solved the problem by installing an older version of tuneup then now tuneup has updated it still finds firefox browser so i don't know what the problem is with latest tunup build is but there's a problem also icarus exe i keep having to allow it all the time too so there's a problem with that exe

is it still a problem as it states here as i've done all that above

in settings it doesn't list firefox in automatic maintenance at all only internet explorer & microsoft edge

Did you run the optimization in the the AVG TuneUp?

Please verify whether the following options are checked:

Open AVG TuneUp  -> SpeedUp -> "Browser and download history", "Browser cache".

Apparently the settings has been set to ask every-time there is a communication in the firewall.
Instead of "ask" if we set as "auto-decide" then it won't show popups every time to give permission.
Refer this article for the same under 'Manage unauthorized connections'.

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program. Let us work towards fixing the issue.
I request you to uninstall and reinstall the AVG.

Restart the PC and check if you are still getting the notification.
And also kindly confirm if you are using a paid AVG subscription or a free subscription.

this is the only account i got on this pc & my laptop has a broken power supply this pc is mainly used for gaming so i only bought tune up for cleaning firefox after updating games, everything i buy is through my laptop as i got 4 avg products on that i only logged in as what i am now as this is the only 1 login saved i can do a screenshot to show you. when i had avg internet on here it played havoc with my gaming ports & not being connectable. i don't understand as clearly i paid for a license else i wouldn't be asking why icarus.exe is doing this, other people on the net have also been asking about icarus.exe is it save & can i allow it.

i'm using just windows defender on this pc & with controlled folder access on it's constantly asking me to allow or not you gotta sort this out for people that are using windows defender as tuneup never ever did this until the update a total of 45 times so far for icarus.exe where it's a totally different file each time
